This aesthetic synthesizes the haunting, surreal nature of liminal spaces with a specific, curated palette of dusty pinks, mint greens, and muted teals. It bridges the gap between the opulent, baroque textures of ornate architecture and the clinical, sterile isolation of retro-institutional environments. Through a blend of symmetrical compositions and atmospheric lighting—ranging from soft, cinematic pools to harsh, flat flash—it creates an unsettling sense of nostalgic abandonment.
