It depends on the job, and Krea lets you switch models per take. Voiceover is billed by script length: about 74 compute units per 1,000 characters with ElevenLabs. A 30-second voiceover (roughly 450 characters) costs about 33 units, and a 5-second sound effect about 7. Music is billed by length too, so check the price shown next to Generate before each run.

Yes. Draft or tighten the script in ChatGPT or Claude, then paste it into Krea's audio tool and pick a voice. Keep sentences short and use punctuation for pauses, because the voice model reads what you give it literally.

The voiceover language picker has 12 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Hindi, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Indonesian. You can also leave it on auto-detect and let the model read the script's language. To translate an existing recording or video, dubbing supports 25 target languages and keeps the original voices.

A single voiceover take reads up to 2,000 characters, about two minutes of speech; for longer narration, generate it in parts with the same voice and settings. Conversations can run to 5,000 characters across up to 50 lines, music tracks up to 5 minutes, and sound effects up to 22 seconds.

Voiceovers, music, and sound effects download as MP3 files. When you dub, re-voice, or add sound to a video, you get the MP4 video with its new soundtrack. Every result is also saved to your Krea assets, so you can reuse it in video, Nodes, and Agent.

Yes. Audio generation runs on paid plans, and every paid Krea plan includes a commercial license for what you generate, including marketing, products, and client work. Only clone or re-voice a real person's voice when you have their permission.

No. Krea doesn't add an audible watermark, jingle, or spoken tag to the audio you download. The file is the voiceover, track, or sound effect you generated.

Cloned voices belong to your workspace, and the audio tool only lets that workspace use them. Cloning requires you to confirm you have the rights and consent for the voice. When you delete a cloned voice in Train, Krea also deletes it from the voice provider.
