About the course

Rethinking architecture workflows

This four-session course looks at how Krea can support and enhance architectural work across the full arc of a project, from early ideation through to production drawings and presentation material. We start with image-to-image: mood shifts, rendering, and style transfer across both Edit Mode and Image Mode, before moving to text-to-image for diagrams, close-ups, and infographics. We will introduce Nodes, where we build up a few basic workflows from scratch, and finally cover video and Enhancement.

Beyond the features themselves, the course will question what AI imagery actually means for architecture: what it's good for, where it misleads, and how it changes the way we think and communicate as designers.

Drawing on experience implementing and teaching these tools across Henning Larsen's offices, we'll look at why Krea in particular is well suited to architectural work: its emphasis on control over novelty, its openness to iteration, and its ongoing collaboration with practice rather than around it.

The aim isn’t to hand you a set of prompts, but to expand the range of what you consider possible at each stage of a project.
